The food truck demo lets you edit stops and menu items in your browser. Live schedule editing and access are confirmed in your quote.
Every food truck plan includes up to five customer-facing pages for one location, plus its ordering, checkout and staff screens. Typical launch is 1–2 weeks once content and setup are ready. Additional pages, locations and custom work are quoted first.
Half the agreed setup fee is due to begin and half before launch; monthly service starts at launch and is billed in advance. Update rounds reset each billing month and do not roll over.
You own your business content and domain. Once setup is paid, the custom design and code made for your project are yours. Third-party software and assets keep their own licences. We provide paid website files and available business data on request; migration to another host is quoted separately.
Email sales@menuandmain.com at least seven days before renewal to cancel month-to-month service. There are no cancellation fees. Hosting continues through the paid period; monthly charges are not prorated. During a build, completed work and approved third-party costs are deducted, and unused setup payment is refunded.
Email AJ any time. We aim to respond within two business days on Basic and within one business day with Business priority support. Routine update rounds usually take effect within 24 hours.
Report an urgent outage with your website address, what failed and when it started. Contact availability does not guarantee an immediate reply or repair. If needed, pause website orders and take new orders by phone while confirmed orders are checked.
One submitted request containing any combination of routine menu, product, price, business hours, photo, and existing text changes counts as ONE update round. Multiple changes within that request do not consume extra rounds. A new request after the previous round is completed starts another round. Monthly allowances reset and do not roll over. New pages, major redesigns, and custom features require a separate agreed quote.
Basic includes 3 rounds and Business includes 8 rounds each month. Additional rounds are discussed and quoted before work begins.
Routine change rounds usually take effect within 24 hours after we receive the complete request. We confirm timing if a change needs more work.
Basic customers order online and pay at pickup. Business adds online payment to your provider account. Processing fees, provider subscriptions and applicable domain fees are separate. Your quote identifies any additional platform or per-order charges before you commit.
Accepting a payment does not automatically route an order into a POS. We verify your account, equipment and order handoff and test the complete setup before launch. Sending orders into a POS requires a separately verified connection.
Pickup is the standard workflow. Any delivery service, service area, fees and handoff would need a separately agreed setup. The public demo is fictional and does not dispatch a delivery.
The optional $20/month printer add-on includes the Star Micronics TSP143IVUE, model 39473010, and six 190-foot rolls of receipt paper. It uses Ethernet and does not include WiFi. We confirm compatibility and quote connection and installation for your food truck before you commit.
Shipping, applicable tax, replacement paper and any network upgrades are separate. Internet and power are required; email notifications remain a backup. Basic tickets are marked “Unpaid · Pay at pickup.” Business tickets are sent after online payment is confirmed.
